Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund request must be filed same-day upon receipt of items or within 24 hours.
Method of Refunds
Approved refunds shall be in the form of either shopping vouchers or refund to the credit/debit card used for the purchase. For other forms of refund, kindly coordinate with our customer service center.
Product Conditions
Our delivery procedure includes taking of photos upon dispatch of the items, this is to ensure that we keep a documentation of all our deliveries. To request for return/refund, please ensure that the items still has the seals, packaging and labels attached and in the same condition upon delivery.
Charges & Fees
Depending upon the investigation of the return/refund request, shipping and handling fees may be levied against the buyer and shall be collected by our partner courier.
Exchanges and refunds
